This Project is achieved to remove the potentially unwanted programs like virus, spyware, Trojan, worms. Spyware is defined as “Software that gathers information about use of a computer, usually without the knowledge of the owner of the computer, and relays the information across the Internet to a third party location”. There is no single antispyware tool that can prevent all existing Spyware because without vigilant examination of a Software package, the process of Software detection has become almost impossible. Spyware can be a part of freeware, plug-in, shareware, or illegal software. A new approach that can be used for the detection of Spyware is data mining. In this project, we use this data mining technique to detect the Spyware virus from the benign files.
