The intensification of the organization highly depends upon the effectiveness of the workforce functioning in the same. Organizations are dynamic in nature and consist of time deadlines, cross-cultural teams, work pressures, and work-family conflicts, which in turn result in a highly stressed workforce. It is, therefore, of necessity for the employees to have a balanced intelligence level to empathesize and adapt different situations successfully. Though, long time success of the employee in an organization depends on his intelligence level in dealing with various issues .The higher complexities in the job role, the higher will be the impact on his performance. Further the successfulness of the organization gets affected. However, Management considers emotions as too subjective and whimsical phenomena which contribute less to productivity and profit.
