 Skill development is an earned skill with abundant passion. Dexterity, the need of the hour for an employee requires two skills one is soft skills and the other hand hard skills. Soft skills cover many areas such as diversity in training with an appropriate aptitude to learn or year’s techniques to be acquired. To be perfect in the scenario of soft skills, one need to know the art of listening and expressing let the listening be attached honesty without any preoccupation and expression is attached with bravery. The importance of soft skills has the power to penetrate into the areas excluding technical otherwise called hard skills, simple etiquette,  and magnificence of the language, highly matured body language, the intelligence and modest way of asking or posing questions. To cap them all possessing very wonderful emotional balance, hard skills demand the knowledge, acknowledging the viaduct between theory and practical’s. To lap the opportunities as one has favoured, one should always learn whether the theory they acquired could be suitable enough to practice. The gentle blend of the two skills can be a way out to answer the umpteen questions pertaining to employability.
