Workload in an organization has increased manifolds also simultaneously increasing the risk of employees’ sustainability. The question of an employee surviving in an organization is contemplated on the basis of his performance, pay and other such factors. Notwithstanding the Maslow’s hierarchy the needs, employees in the current scenario have too many factors to deal with which ultimately start questioning the stability of an employee in an organization. Employees already have too much on their plate pertaining to which emphasis is laid more on the quality of work. This warfare between professional and personal life creates dissatisfaction.
