The paper sought to investigate e-commerce adoption in the banking sector in Zimbabwe. Electronic commerce has become a very important technological advancement in the banking sector by improving banking practices. The researchers used exploratory research to investigate the benefits and problems of e-commerce adoption by Commercial Bank of Zimbabwe (CBZ). Four CBZ branches in Bulawayo were picked for the study. The sample of the study was 80 participants composed of 25 management staff and 55 employees. A questionnaire was used to solicit information from the participants. The results were analyzed manually and presented through the use of tables.
